We are seeking a commercially driven professional who thrives in building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth within sophisticated financial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a full suite of financial products and services across Treasury, Investment Banking, and Trust/Investment Group offerings to existing and prospective clients
- Develop and present tailored marketing proposals for fixed income, money market, and related investment products
- Expand and manage relationships across key client segments such as insurance companies, trust departments, corporate accounts, religious institutions, and high-net-worth individuals
- Identify new placement and investment opportunities to support business growth
- Conduct regular client engagement and business development activities to generate new accounts and strengthen existing relationships
- Stay updated on market developments and provide relevant insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support the Group Head in key strategic and business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Preferably with MBA or postgraduate studies
- At least 3 years of experience in Treasury Marketing, Trust Marketing, or related financial services sales roles
- Strong understanding of fixed income markets, money market instruments, and investment products
- Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced financial environment
