Role Description The Institutional Sales Admin Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Marilao. This position provides administrative and coordination support to the institutional sales team, helping manage orders, documentation, and client communications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, monitoring order status, updating customer records, and ensuring that contracts and agreements are properly filed and processed. The role also involves coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to support smooth delivery and billing for institutional clients, as well as assisting with scheduling meetings and responding to basic inquiries. The assistant is expected to maintain accurate records, follow established procedures, and support continuous improvement of sales processes.
