Are you passionate about capital markets, investment ideas, and building meaningful relationships with institutional and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients

We are looking for Institutional Equity Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to driving equity sales, delivering market insights, and strengthening long-term client partnerships.

What you'll be involved in:

Drive equity sales through advisory, execution, and relationship management with institutional and UHNW clients

Develop and share investment ideas supported by macroeconomic, sector, and company analysis

Provide timely market updates covering corporate developments, earnings, and key market trends

Collaborate closely with Research, Sales Trading, Investment Banking, and internal teams to deliver value-added solutions for clients

Support client engagement activities including investor meetings, roadshows, corporate access events, and briefings

Promote Maybank IBG's suite of capital markets solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities

What we're looking for:

Strong interest and understanding of equities, financial markets, and investment trends

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to translate market developments into actionable insights for clients

Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong execution capabilities

Willingness to engage with clients locally and internationally
