Requirements
- Monitor requests from the field technicians and assist with tasks such as activating G.hn endpoints, switch ports, adjusting throttle and other troubleshooting assistance
- Dispatch/route optimization for NY, PA, CT, and NJ areas in the US
- Audit completed installs to ensure proper information has been captured
- Ensuring technicians close out their jobs and help them make changes to the calendar
- Contact customers via phone, text or email for scheduling purposes
- Weekly announcement to technician/installation team with previous weeks audit results
- Assist with all requests from the Director of Installation Services to help manage the daily operations
