Installation Engineer

• Engineering project implementation and technical support of 2/4/5G products, including equipment commissioning and debugging, upgrade and cutover, fault solving, and network maintenance.
• Formulates engineering project plans for 2/4/5G wireless products, tracks the progress, and manages and controls quality.
• Perform basic O&M and data configuration for RAN products.
• Supports base station cutover with subcorn and SE.
• Provide technical training and guidance for SE/subcorn/customers.
• Conduct technical exchanges with customer engineers.

Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

2.⁠ ⁠3 years experience in ran engineer and have base station swap experience, in major telecommunication vendor/operators is preferred

3.⁠ ⁠Rich experience in formulating comprehensive technical solutions, risk identification, quality prevention, integration verification and implementation.

4.⁠ ⁠Proactive, self-motivated and with rich communication and negotiation skills, as well as team operation and management capabilities
