Job Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Instagram Lead Generation Specialist to manage inbound interest and conduct warm outreach via Instagram DMs for a prominent coaching brand. Operating on a flexible 20-hour weekly schedule within the EST timezone, you will qualify leads through authentic conversation and book appointments directly into the founder's calendar. This role combines digital lead generation with light administrative support to maximize the brand's sales pipeline.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule within the EST Timezone; Part-time, 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct conversational warm outreach via Instagram DMs.
- Engage prospects to drive interest and build rapport.
- Qualify inbound leads by asking relevant pre-screening questions.
- Book qualified appointments directly into the client's calendar.
- Respond to social media inquiries in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
- Maintain a natural, non-scripted communication style.
- Track and report on daily outreach activity and booking metrics.
- Collaborate with the client to refine messaging and conversational strategy.
- Admin assistance for the founder
Requirements:
- Excellent written English with a natural, conversational tone.
- Prior experience in appointment setting or social media outreach.
- High emotional intelligence in written communication.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt tone without a rigid script.
- Strong organizational skills to manage outreach volume independently.
- Bonus if you have experience working with coaching or personal brands.
