Seeking an experienced
Inspector Architect to ensure compliance with standards and specifications throughout a new airport development project.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural and structural inspections on-site
- Verify compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications
- Prepare inspection reports and identify non-conformances
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 5+ years in architectural inspection or construction quality assurance
- Proven experience on large infrastructure projects (airports, transportation, or similar)
- Professional Architecture License preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
- Proficiency in CAD and project management tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Preferably based in Dumaguete, or open to relocating.
