Insights & Analytics Manager

Oversee the monitoring and analysis of competitors strategies, campaigns, pricing, value propositions, and assortment across multiple categories.

Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and scorecards tracking market trends and key competitive KPIs.

Lead scenario modeling and performance projections of competitors, ensuring data triangulation, well-documented assumptions, and strategic clarity.

Drive benchmarking and competitive analysis to identify threats, opportunities, and best practices across the industry.

Synthesize diverse data sources (scraping tools, media, research, internal performance data) into structured, high-impact presentations.

Partner cross-functionally to ensure insights translate into concrete, measurable action plans.

Deliver insights to senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling that drives engagement, empathy, and accountability.

Proven experience in market/competitive intelligence, strategy, analytics, or related fields.

Prior experience in market research or management consulting is highly valued.

Strong analytical capabilities and strategic mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.

Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Background in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.

Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic impact.
