The Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Inside Sales Lead to join our growing international team. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines — you are an elite salesperson who operates at a higher level, owns a larger book, and keeps the rest of the sales team on track through your example and presence.
You will run your own outbound pipeline, close deals, and help ensure the broader team stays focused and on pace. Key Responsibilities
Senior Sales Performance
- Operate at a high volume, running a robust outbound pipeline via phone, email, and video calls to veterinary hospitals and clinics across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.
- Consistently meet or exceed elevated individual monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Bring a high level of professionalism, discipline, and energy to every client interaction.
- Keep an eye on the broader sales team's activity and pace, flagging concerns and helping keep everyone on track day-to-day.
- Serve as a point of reference for best practices on outbound call execution and pipeline management.
- Collaborate closely with the US-based team to align on messaging, campaigns, and priorities.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and video calls to veterinary hospitals and clinics across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond.
- Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Deliver compelling product demos and discovery calls that clearly communicate the value of our telemedicine platform.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the US-based team to align messaging, campaigns, and priorities.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Follow up proactively to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM.
Required Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience, with a strong track record of high-volume outbound calling.
- Prior experience managing or overseeing a sales team — you know how to keep a group of reps accountable, on pace, and performing.
- Demonstrated experience working on or alongside outbound call teams — you understand call discipline, pipeline management, and what separates top performers.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills — you will represent our brand to professional clients worldwide.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote, self-managed environment.
- Comfortable conducting video calls, product demos, and phone outreach with confidence and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, including pipeline management and activity reporting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
Preferred
- Background or strong interest in veterinary medicine, animal health, or healthcare-adjacent industries.
- Experience selling to international clients, particularly in North America, Europe, or Australia.
- Familiarity with telemedicine, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
- Experience working with US-based companies or in a cross-time zone remote environment.
