The Coplogic Operations Supervisor will lead a team of dynamic Telesales Representatives supporting the business unit. This role ensures accurate, high-quality and timely delivery of assignments ranging from campaign execution to reporting while optimizing processes, tools and governance across regions. The Supervisor will balance operational excellence with sales insights, enabling the team to support pipeline growth and revenue generating initiatives.
Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for people, performance, and operational management to ensure the team consistently meets business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- People & Performance Management: Onboard new employees, ensure compliance with policies and standards, manage attendance, conduct coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews, scorecard tracking, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) when needed. Promote employee engagement, CSR initiatives, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Conflict & Crisis Management: Regularly assess employee needs, resolve work and personal issues within the team, manage conflicts, support employees during crises or disasters, and keep management informed with recommended actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely operational reports, monthly performance updates, and stakeholder-required documentation to leadership and business unit partners.
- Operational & Process Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage workloads and multiple processes, support production during high-demand periods, improve processes, meet service level targets, conduct operational reviews, support audits and compliance, and drive efficiency and corrective actions in partnership with leadership.
Overall, the role ensures effective team performance, strong employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement while aligning with organizational standards and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor/College degree
- Preferably with 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Leadership experience from business operations or other relevant functions will be considered
- Preferably with experience in handling Sales calls-related team/program
- Strong people and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Amenable to work on a night shift or flexible schedule
- With excellent work ethics and can easily adapt to CI and Agile Culture
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
