We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to provide administrative and sales support to Sales Group.
Job Function
- Perform clerical duties.
- Assist on bidding preparation and bidding submission.
- Process sales quotations
- Records keeping and documentation.
- Taking in-bound calls for Sales Group
- Contact clients for concerns and issues.
- Analyze customer's needs and recommend requirements that would best meet their needs.
- Perform telemarketing activities for potential account expansion and saturation.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing group on training, promos, and sales activities.
- Report to assigned Sales Agent/Manager on the progress of projects or deals.
- Coordinate technical problems received from customer to Sales Services Manager.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Services Manager.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably with course related to Marketing, Sales or IT
- Good oral and written communication
- Good customer and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in using ERP system
- Able to work under pressure.
- Systematic and organized.
- Self-starter and Goal-oriented
- Emotionally fortified.
- Has the initiative to complete the job.
- Pleasing personality
