The Role
We are hiring Inside Sales Representatives based in the Philippines to support outbound growth and inbound lead conversion across the United States and other international markets.
This is a professional B2B sales role. You will speak daily with veterinary hospital decision makers in the US. Strong spoken English and confidence on live calls are mandatory.
Work Schedule
• Must be willing to work US business hours
• Typical schedule aligned with US Eastern or Central time
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
• Conduct structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and video calls
• Qualify inbound leads and move them through the pipeline
• Deliver concise discovery calls and platform overviews
• Close pilot accounts and coordinate onboarding
• Maintain disciplined CRM documentation in Salesforce
• Meet defined daily activity and monthly revenue targets
Account Support
• Follow up consistently to ensure successful onboarding
• Communicate professionally with US-based leadership and clients
• Protect brand reputation through high-quality communication
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
• Strong neutral English accent with clear articulation
• Comfortable leading live video calls with US clients
• Experience meeting quota in a metrics-driven environment
• Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office
Preferred
• Experience selling into US markets
• Background in healthcare, SaaS, or subscription services
• Experience working night shift aligned with US time zones

• USD 10,000 to 15,000 annually plus performance bonuses
