About the RoleVersa is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to engage US-based security organizations, qualify prospects, and book product demonstrations for our Relationship Management team.
This role is focused on outbound prospecting and demo booking, not closing deals.
What You'll Do- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using a predictive dialer
- Qualify prospects using BANT-style discovery questions
- Handle first-level objections using approved talk tracks
- Book and confirm product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Coordinate closely with Lead Generation and Relationship Managers
What We're Looking For- 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or telesales experience
- Experience calling the US or North American markets is preferred
- Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems and predictive dialers
- Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with activity-based targets
