Job Description

About the Role

Versa is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to engage US-based security organizations, qualify prospects, and book product demonstrations for our Relationship Management team.

This role is focused on outbound prospecting and demo booking, not closing deals.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls using a predictive dialer
  • Qualify prospects using BANT-style discovery questions
  • Handle first-level objections using approved talk tracks
  • Book and confirm product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Coordinate closely with Lead Generation and Relationship Managers

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or telesales experience
  • Experience calling the US or North American markets is preferred
  • Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and predictive dialers
  • Resilient, coachable, and comfortable with activity-based targets
