About The Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations by engaging both job seekers and employer partners. This role focuses on outreach, relationship management, and matching candidates to the right opportunities while helping drive placements and meet sales targets.

If you have experience in B2B or SaaS sales, enjoy working with people, and are comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, this role could be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Outreach

Conduct outbound and inbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS.

Support interviews and candidate placements.

Track activities, pipelines, and hiring metrics to meet KPIs.

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.

Employer Support

Coordinate with employers to understand hiring needs.

Promote Jobley candidates and services to employer partners.

Schedule interviews and submit qualified candidates on a regular basis.

Maintain strong employer relationships and handle concerns professionally.

Qualifications

High school graduate or higher

Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

At least 2 years of contact center experience (B2B or SaaS preferred)

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Experience using CRM systems

Comfortable working onsite and on a night shift schedule
