They serve industries where weather decisions directly impact safety, operations, and revenue. They're scaling fast and looking for a driven outbound seller to help them grow faster.
The Role
We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to be the engine behind the company's outbound efforts. This is a prospecting-focused sales role where you'll open conversations with companies that depend on real-time intelligence to make critical operational decisions. You'll identify high-value prospects, run multi-channel outreach, and book qualified demos for the senior sales team.
This isn't a set up automations and monitor dashboards role. You'll be doing the outbound work, researching prospects, writing cold emails, making calls, building sequences, and following up consistently. The team has a high close rate once a prospect reaches a demo, so the pipeline you build directly drives revenue. Top performers have a clear path to grow into demo delivery and eventually own the full sales cycle as an Account Executive.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Outbound (Primary Focus)
- Execute consistent outbound prospecting to engage decision-makers (Operations Directors, Safety Officers, CTOs, Risk Managers) across multiple target industries
- Run multi-channel outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage prospects and book qualified demos
- Build targeted outreach lists, research accounts, and qualify leads before handing off to the closing team
- Own and manage a quality-focused pipeline within the CRM, maintaining accurate data, disciplined follow-up, and reliable visibility into deal progression
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and outreach performance and use the data to improve your approach
Product Fluency & Demo Participation
- Build deep fluency in the company's platform and product suite, including API capabilities and enterprise solutions
- Clearly articulate how the company's technology delivers measurable advantages over competitors
- Sit in on demos delivered by senior team members to deepen product knowledge and prepare for progression into full-cycle sales
Market Feedback & Industry Presence
- Report on prospect insights, objections, and competitive trends to leadership to inform go-to-market strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience, with SaaS, data, or API experience a strong plus
- Are skilled at prospecting, outreach, and navigating multi-stakeholder conversations
- Are comfortable selling technical products to both technical and non-technical buyers
- Can translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Are self-motivated, target-driven, and thrive in an early-stage startup environment
- Are proficient in HubSpot CRM and modern prospecting tools (Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar)
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and verbal

- Experience selling SaaS, API, or enterprise data products
