About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative with proven experience to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base by initiating conversations, developing relationships, and driving interest in our products and services. This is a front-line sales role focused on personalized outreach, connection-building, and lead nurturing. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate qualified meetings that convert to long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to potential customers through personalized emails, follow-ups, and phone calls
Schedule qualified meetings between prospective clients and the appropriate members of the sales team.
Meet or exceed weekly quotas related to outreach volume, and appointments.
Attend relevant webinars, virtual events, and networking opportunities to identify potential leads and gather contact information.
Research prospects to tailor outreach based on their industry, needs, or interests.
Log outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes in the CRM system to maintain clear communication with sales leadership.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in inside sales, marketing or customer service with sales skills acquired
Experience with or strong interest in sales prospecting, cross-selling, or lead generation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in initiating conversations and building rapport with potential clients
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools
