Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and closing sales through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations as needed.
  • Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and customer support teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in any course or program; Science-related is a great advantage.
  • Knowledge of medical/healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Work Environment

  • This is an office-based job.
  • Standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
