Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Quezon City. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales. The Inside Sales Representative will manage customer accounts, coordinate with operations and service teams, and maintain accurate records in the CRM or sales systems. Responsibilities also include providing responsive customer service, supporting order processing, and ensuring timely communication on delivery schedules and product information. The role requires close collaboration with the external sales team to drive revenue growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing sales.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Relevant qualifications include excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM or sales software, and strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in industrial equipment, power solutions, or related sectors is an advantage; a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Quezon City, collaborate in a team environment, and uphold high ethical and professional standards.
