Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, margin, and sales activity targets through solution selling.
- Responsible for ensuring daily and weekly update of the outlook plan, sales funnel, and call plan
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, solution proposal, quotation, bid approval, order closure, and delivery follow-up.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australia Key Account customers and channel partners.
- To make Power Hour calls to customers during scheduled call periods during scheduled call period
- Ensure accurate quotations, disciplined pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy via CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Client Managers, partners, and internal stakeholders to execute deals effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors to support pipeline health and recovery.
- Deliver a consistently strong customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B or inside sales experience in IT solution selling.
- Strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven consultative selling and relationship-building capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work Australia time zone.
