The Role
We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow our Philippines-based inside sales team, selling to veterinary hospitals and clinics across North America, Europe and Australia.
This is primarily a people-leadership role — roughly 90% managing and 10% selling. You'll spend most of your time coaching reps, driving pipeline accountability, hiring and onboarding, and reporting results to US leadership, while staying close enough to the front line to lead by example. Responsibilities & Duties
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Inside Sales reps by hiring, onboarding, and ramping new reps as the team scales, while providing real-time coaching and feedback on outbound call execution, discovery, and pipeline management
- Drive performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Train reps in product knowledge, outbound calling, discovery, and objection handling to improve team performance consistency.
- Set and track quotas, activity goals, and KPIs; lead one-on-ones, performance reviews, daily huddles, and pipeline reviews to keep the team aligned and on pace.
- Partner with the US-based team to align messaging, campaigns, territories, and priorities.
- Develop and own sales dashboards and recurring performance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, activity, conversion rates, and attainment.
- Monitor pipeline stages and lead movement, identify bottlenecks, and work with the US-based team to improve processes, messaging, and conversion.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data by standardizing fields, removing duplicates, and regularly auditing lead, contact, and account records.
Outbound Sales & Business Development
- Prospect via phone, email, and video calls to veterinary hospitals and clinics.
- Use Salesforce to maintain clean, actionable lead lists for outbound campaigns and manage lead intake and routing, including assignment rules, SLAs, follow-up workflows, segmentation, prioritization, and sequencing, to ensure fast response times and clear ownership.
- Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Bring professionalism, discipline, and energy to every client interaction.

Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years managing an inside sales or telemarketing team, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
- Strong background with inside sales, business development, or high-volume outbound calling, with consistent success meeting or exceeding targets in a remote, self-managed environment.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold a remote team accountable while keeping reps on pace and performing.
- Exceptional spoken and written English skills, with the ability to represent the brand to professional clients and lead a team on behalf of US leadership.
- Confident and professional on video calls and phone outreach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including pipeline management, activity reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.
Preferred
- Background or strong interest in veterinary medicine, animal health, or related healthcare industries.
- Experience managing teams that sell to international clients across North America, Europe, and Australia.
- Familiarity with telemedicine, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
- Experience working with US-based companies or in cross-time-zone remote environments.
