Your Role
As An Inside Sales Executive, You Will
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to proactively engage prospective clients.
- Run comprehensive discovery calls to deeply understand client needs and position strategic solutions effectively.
- Deliver dynamic sales presentations and tailored product or service demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and navigate the decision-making process to move deals forward.
- Close new business opportunities and consistently manage pipeline activity within the CRM to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Nurture warm leads through the sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and handoff post-sale.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to close business deals and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Comfort and confidence owning the full sales cycle from initial prospecting all the way to the close.
- Highly organized with exceptional pipeline and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and modern sales enablement tools.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
- Previous experience in a dedicated closing role (e.g., Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar).
- Experience utilizing consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with specific CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Prior experience thriving in remote sales environments.
