Role Description: 

The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Makati. The role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with external sales teams and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The Inside Sales Coordinator maintains regular communication with customers, provides product and service information, and supports the sales pipeline by updating customer records and sales tracking systems. Daily responsibilities include monitoring order status, following up on pending documentation, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In addition, the position involves preparing sales reports, supporting sales and marketing campaigns, and contributing to the achievement of the company's sales objectives through efficient coordination and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Strong inside sales skills, including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the sales pipeline.

  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in order processing, documentation, and sales administration, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Working knowledge of office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office applications, email platforms, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.

  • Experience in Structured Cabling Systems, Data Center Solutions, or related technical sales is an advantage but not required.

  • Strictly no smoker policy.
