We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Consultant to conduct outbound B2B sales calls to small, service-based businesses across the US and Canada, including home renovation, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, and remodeling companies. You will manage high-volume lead pools, meet sales targets, and maintain accurate reporting while working aligned with North American business hours.

- Maintain accurate records and sales activity documentation in CRM tools
- Meet daily call volume and monthly sales targets consistently
