Inside Sales Associate - Fresh Grad to 1 yr EXP

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related course

• Fresh graduate to at least 1 year of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or related
  
  

roles (preferably with exposure to IT solutions)

• Basic familiarity with IT solutions and their business applications (training will be provided)
• Interest in learning different aspects of marketing and sales strategies
• Strong research and analytical skills with eagerness to grow in a sales-oriented career
• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  
  

Responsibilities

• Building a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other
  
  

lead-generation activities (Outbound Sales)

• Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships (Inbound Sales)
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and
  
  

understanding their requirements

• Understand the company's portfolio of solution offerings, enough to sufficiently pitch
  
  

and/or present the company's solution offerings through various channel

• Stay updated with the company's portfolio development and improvement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create account penetration strategies and
  
  

materials

• Initiate client acquisition cycle and hand over qualified leads to the business development
  
  

managers with the objective of closing the sale

• Maintaining and updating the lead generation database, keeping accurate records of client
  
  

profiles

• Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
