TrueProfile.io is a new digital service of The DataFlow Group which establishes instant trust in the development of a professional relationship between an applicant and an employer in a global workforce - enabled by an advanced digital solution on the blockchain.

Applicants can share their myTrueProfile whenever and with any employer as they see fit. The page contains their collection of TrueProofs from documents like diplomas, reference letters or licenses from regulators, typically built up over the course of their career.

All documents are screened and verified by The DataFlow Group. The DataFlow Group has been a trusted partner for regulators and governments in Asia and Europe to deliver Primary Source Verification (PSV) for more than 1 million applicants since 2007. This verification process gives the candidate a competitive advantage over other applications during the hiring process, through onboarding and throughout their employment.

Employers signed up with TrueProfile.io can proactively submit pre-paid voucher codes to their applicants who would subsequently undergo PSV. The results are immediately shared with the employer adding a critical quality assurance element into their existing human resource function. Bringing both sides together on TrueProfile.io creates a new standard that restores trust in a broken market.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate based in Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing the entire sales lifecycle for our Dataflow & licensing services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify new sales leads for our dataflow services using CRM tools. Follow up on existing queries and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Applicant Engagement: Contact potential applicants via phone or Google Meet to assess their qualifications and confirm eligibility based on their experience.
  • Document Analysis: Analyze and verify essential documents, including health licenses and good standing certificates, to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Determine which healthcare regulatory bodies accept licenses from candidates with and without existing job offers.
  • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the license application team to facilitate payment links and manage the closing process once an applicant expresses interest in proceeding.

Experience & Skill Requirement :

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a B2C sales role, preferably within the healthcare or regulatory compliance sector. Ed-tech is preferred as well.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex documents and information.
