Job Title: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Cold Calling Specialist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time (U.S. Hours)

Compensation: $500/month

Schedule:

Full-Time | 40 hours per week

MondayFriday | U.S. Business Hours

Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our U.S.-based real estate team. This role involves outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-up, and maintaining strong communication with potential clients and industry partners.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience (real estate preferred), is highly organized, and is comfortable working within multiple CRM systems and structured follow-up processes. While the ideal ISA can handle 100200 quality calls per day, this role will currently require 5070 outbound calls daily.

This is a full-time remote position requiring U.S. business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 5070 outbound calls per day to prospective clients including:
  • Homeowners (buyers, sellers, expired listings, FSBOs)
  • Industry partners (attorneys, lenders, vendors, bankers, etc.)
  • Ability to scale up to 100200 quality calls per day as business needs grow.
  • Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and readiness for real estate services.
  • Set appointments for real estate agents and team leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, vendors, lenders, and referral partners.
  • Manage all communication and lead data in CRM systems with detailed, accurate notes.
  • Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and emails to nurture leads and partner relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly goals for calls, leads, and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable handling objections and maintaining professionalism on high-volume calls.
  • Experience working with multiple CRMs (e.g., KW Command, Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, etc.) and established follow-up processes.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Stable internet connection, reliable computer/headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Available to work U.S. time zones (EST/PST/HST).
  • Open to candidates from Zimbabwe & the Philippines.
