You will be part of the APAC Inside Sales team, focused on driving revenue growth by supporting partner and customer engagement across the ANZ region. The team works closely with sales, marketing, and operations to strengthen vendor partnerships and maximize market opportunities.

 

As an Inside Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with customers and partners to generate sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell. You will support account development activities while collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement, revenue, and customer experience.

 

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive account growth
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Engage with customers through regular communication to understand business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to support account strategies and campaigns
  • Manage leads from digital and marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and contribute to overall sales performance
Job Requirements
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within a technology or services environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customer and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Awareness of cloud, software licensing, or IT services environments
