Job Title: Inside Account Executive/Client Relations

Rate: Php 267.85 per hour

Work Type:

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Full-Time Inside Account Executive/Client Relations to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on handling inbound leads and converting them into active clients.

The Inside Account Executive/Client Relations will not perform outside sales or field visits. Instead, they will manage incoming inquiries, follow up with prospects, and support conversion efforts through structured communication and appointment setting.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs
  • Present services clearly and professionally to prospective clients
  • Build trust and rapport to guide prospects toward enrollment
  • Close sales by completing sign-ups and required documentation
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales process
  • Follow up with attendees from events conducted by the Outside Account Executives to continue engagement and support conversion
  • Establish appointments for free long-term care policy reviews
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to close sales over the phone or via email
  • Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer and CRM skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior services is a plus
  • Prior experience in inbound sales or call center environments
