Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inpatient Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will accurately review and assign medical codes for inpatient records while ensuring compliance with coding standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in Inpatient (IP) Medical Coding
Holds an active CPC certification from AAPC or CCS certification from AHIMA
Strong understanding of ICD coding guidelines and medical terminology
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently in a remote environment
