Role: IP Coder (DRG )
Location: BGC, Taguig (Dayshift)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of Inpatient DRG Coding experience (hard coding)
- Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health field
- Active CCS, CIC, or CDIP certification required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, diagnostic and procedural coding, MS-DRG, and APR-DRG assignment
- Proficient in identifying POA, SOI, ROM indicators, HACs, and PSIs to support accurate reimbursement
- Familiar with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience using EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (minimum CEFR B2 level)
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Can start ASAP
