Innovation Program Officer

The position will oversees and coordinates innovation programs, projects, and engagement initiatives that support the organization's innovation agenda. The role is primarily responsible for project planning, execution monitoring, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and timely delivery of assigned innovation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of innovation programs and assigned projects, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and success measures
• Supervise day-to-day project activities, track milestones, identify risks or delays, and coordinate corrective actions with concerned stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal units, vendors, and partners to ensure project requirements, dependencies, schedules, and approvals are properly managed
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate progress, issues, decisions, and next steps to management
• Monitor program participation, engagement, learning completion, and innovation metrics
• Represent or support the Innovation team in project reviews, management presentations, external forums, partnership discussions, or bench marking activities
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Management, Communication, Innovation, IT, or related fields
• At least 2 years experience in program or project coordination experience in a corporate, learning, innovation, or change management environment
• Experience working with vendors, partners, or external training providers
• Exposure to emerging technologies and digital tools
• Experience in learning content development, instructional design, or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Public speaking, facilitation, workshop delivery, or training experience
• Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and program performance metrics
