The
Innovation Officer will play a key role in driving organizational transformation through managing and/or supporting various strategic programs and projects. This role will contribute to improving better ways of working, aligning cross-functional efforts, enabling organizational agility, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and building essential capabilities across the organization.
Overall, the purpose of the Innovation Officer is to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to become more responsive, flexible, and effective in their work, and to achieve their goals in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery of key milestones and results
- Design, refine, and oversee innovation programs and projects while collaborating closely with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams
- Drive process transformation by conducting gap analyses, redesigning workflows, and implementing improved ways of working using Agile, Lean, and other frameworks
- Coach teams and leaders to enhance collaboration, standardize practices, and effectively adopt Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Build organizational capabilities by developing and delivering training programs and partnering with L&D to strengthen innovation and transformation skills
- Support organizational change initiatives and innovation roadmaps, helping embed continuous improvement and sustainable transformation across the business
- Perform other related functions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in Transformation (Agile, Organization, Process), Program/Project Management, Change Management, Agil and Lean, Scrum, Innovation, Coaching, and Capability Building (individual or business unit)
- Proficiency in Agile Transformation, Scrum, Project Management, and Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good judgement
- Intermediate understanding of data and analytics
- Ability to work under pressure, team player and collaborative
