Job Description

The Innovation Officer (Center of Excellence) will play a key role in driving organizational transformation through managing and/or supporting various strategic programs and projects. This role will contribute to improving better ways of working, aligning cross-functional efforts, enabling organizational agility, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and building essential capabilities across the organization.

Overall, the purpose of the Innovation Officer is to enable individuals, teams, and organizations to become more responsive, flexible, and effective in their work, and to achieve their goals in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Innovation CoE programs aligned with strategy
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure delivery of program milestones
  • Improve workflows and processes through discovery and gap analysis
  • Coach teams and leaders in Agile, Lean, and innovation practices
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support adoption of new ways of working
  • Deliver training and partner with L&D on capability-building programs
  • Support organizational transformation and help define the BPI transformation roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business related course
  • 57 years of experience in transformation, project/program management, Agile/Lean, change management, innovation, or coaching
  • Knowledge of transformation, Agile/Lean frameworks, project management, and change management
  • Ability to design and deliver training; intermediate understanding of data and analytics
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and problemsolving skills
  • Customercentric, collaborative, organized, and able to work under pressure
