Job Overview
The Innovation Commercialization Manager is responsible for driving the successful commercialization of innovation and new business initiatives from development through market launch. This role partners closely with Innovation, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization activities for innovation and new product initiatives
- Translate innovation concepts into executable operational and supply plans
- Coordinate production readiness, supplier capability, material availability, and launch execution
- Manage commercialization timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment
- Oversee pilot runs, production trials, and commercial deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize launch strategies and speed-to-market
- Analyze post-launch performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive process transformation initiatives to improve commercialization effectiveness and visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in innovation commercialization, product launches, supply chain, or project management
- Strong background in cross-functional project leadership and operational execution
- Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, cosmetics, pharma, or manufacturing industries preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
