About The Job
The Innovation Business Partner acts as a fast-moving solutioning partner for Home Credit business teams, helping translate business problems into practical innovation opportunities, rapid solution plans, and low-fidelity proof-of-concept outputs.
This role serves as the front door between Business Units and the Innovation COE, helping business stakeholders navigate innovation capabilities, identify reusable internal solutions, scout potential external technologies, and shape ideas into actionable experiments. The role is designed to support speed, clarity, and quality in early-stage innovation without creating bureaucracy or taking ownership away from the Business Unit.
The Innovation Business Partner will work directly with Business Unit leaders, senior management, and C-suite sponsors to understand pain points, frame opportunities, propose solution paths, and create lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concept artifacts. Outputs are expected to include clear solution plans, business-friendly concept materials, quick experiments, low-fidelity unintegrated POCs, vendor or internal capability recommendations, and handover materials that Business Units can use to decide whether to proceed toward formal delivery.
This role values practical problem solving and willingness to learn over deep technical specialization and those who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working with senior stakeholders, using AI and low-code tools, and turning ideas into tangible outputs quickly.
What You'll Do
Business Problem Framing & Opportunity Discovery
- Work closely with Business Units to understand strategic priorities, operational pain points, customer experience gaps, productivity challenges, and emerging business needs.
- Translate loosely defined business requests into structured problem statements, opportunity areas, and solution hypotheses.
- Facilitate intake discussions, discovery sessions, and rapid workshops with business stakeholders to clarify objectives, constraints, expected outcomes, and decision timelines.
- Support Business Units in retaining ownership of the business problem, investment decision, initiative sponsorship, delivery ownership, and KPI outcomes, while enabling them with innovation methods, tools, and access to relevant capabilities.
Rapid Prototyping, Vibe Coding & Solution Concept Creation
- Act as a key support partner in rapid solutioning and early-stage experimentation efforts for business teams by quickly creating low-fidelity proof-of-concept outputs that help stakeholders visualize, test, and evaluate potential solutions.
- Use modern methods, including vibe coding, low-code / no-code tools, rapid wireframing, prompt-based development, automation tools, and lightweight technical experimentation to convert ideas into tangible demos.
- Support the creation of solution concepts, mockups, or concept demonstrations using available tools or other early artifacts that help Business Units decide whether an idea is worth pursuing.
- Support the broader Innovation & AI strategy of fast experimentation, discovering and trying emerging technology, building reusable knowledge, and identifying the right timing for implementation.
Solution Planning & Recommendation Development
- Prepare clear, business-friendly solution plans that describe the proposed approach, target users, process impact, suggested technology path, implementation considerations, dependencies, risks, and recommended next steps.
- Recommend whether a business problem should be solved through existing Home Credit capabilities, internal build, vendor solution, reusable tools, process redesign, or a combination of approaches.
- Help Business Units compare possible solution paths, including internal platforms, vendor tools, internal capabilities, automation options, analytics solutions, and productivity tools.
Capability Navigation & Orchestration
- Help connect stakeholders to relevant teams, tools, or resources. Maintain visibility of available internal innovation capabilities and support reuse before recommending net-new solutions.
- Support the federated Innovation & AI working model by helping departments explore needs quickly, find solutions through reuse, vendor options, or internal build paths, and sync with the CoE when cross-department value or capability reuse is possible.
Vendor Scouting, Market Research & Technology Benchmarking
- Research emerging technologies, fintech innovations, AI tools, productivity platforms, automation solutions, and relevant vendor offerings that may address Business Unit needs.
- Support lightweight vendor scouting by identifying potential solution providers, preparing comparison views, gathering initial information, and assessing fit against Home Credit's business, technical, compliance, and operational context.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication
- Support engagements with senior stakeholders and contribute to executive-level discussions, turning ambiguous discussions into structured problem statements, crisp recommendations, and practical next steps.
- Prepare executive-friendly materials such as solution briefs, prototype walkthroughs, decision memos, POC summaries, comparison tables, and recommendation decks.
- Communicate clearly across business, product, technology, compliance, and vendor audiences.
- Bring a consulting-style approach to stakeholder management: structured thinking, clear synthesis, proactive follow-through, and take accountability for delivering clear, structured outputs.
POC Handover and Production Path Recommendation
- Ensure that solution concepts and solution plans are documented clearly enough for Business Units to evaluate, accept, reject, or sponsor for further development.
- Support identification of appropriate next-step teams or solutions for further development, including internal engineering teams, product teams, external vendors, or specialist partners.
- Prepare handover materials that describe the business problem, prototype scope, assumptions, target experience, technical considerations, expected value, risks, dependencies, and proposed production options.
- Help Business Units make faster go / no-go decisions by clarifying what has been proven, what remains unknown, and what should be validated before investment.
Innovation Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a repository of solution ideas, POC learnings, reusable templates, vendor scans, capability maps, and business demand logs.
- Document patterns across Business Unit requests to identify recurring pain points, reusable solutions, and high-value opportunities for future scaling.
- Contribute to building an innovation culture across Home Credit by sharing learnings, promoting practical experimentation, and helping teams understand how to use AI and emerging technologies responsibly.
What You Need To Have

- Basic understanding of digital products, data, and emerging technologies
- Familiarity with modern digital, AI, or prototyping tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Figma, AI assistants, low-code platforms, or equivalent)
