Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and LAN environments.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network connectivity, hardware, software, and performance-related issues.
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, backup validation, recovery activities, and issue resolution using infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and airport operational systems to ensure service availability and operational stability.
- Handle incidents, perform troubleshooting, and support service restoration activities in accordance with established operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders during maintenance activities, implementations, and incident resolution.
- Participate in implementation, testing, maintenance, and operational readiness activities for infrastructure and operational platforms.
- Maintain network diagrams, SOPs, technical documentation, operational records, and change records.
- Ensure activities are performed in accordance with ITIL service management practices and participate in after-office-hours support when operationally required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or systems support environments.
- Experience supporting mission-critical or large-scale operational environments is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and networking technologies.
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with firewalls, infrastructure monitoring tools, and ITIL service management practices is advantageous.
- Relevant Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, or CCNA certifications are advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple infrastructure and operational platforms.
Additional Information:
- Business hours role with occasional after-office-hours or shift support when operationally required.
- Support coverage may include standby, weekends, public holidays, or critical incidents when operationally required.
