Strong technical expertise in infrastructure and cybersecurityCompetency across areas like:
- Endpoint Security (extensive experience)
- Firewall Management, Network Security, Cybersecurity Risk (working knowledge)
- Cloud Security, Change Control, Directory Services, etc.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing and securing IT infrastructure (e.g., firewall, endpoint, network security)
- Handling change control processes and production environment updates
- Monitoring capacity, performance, and system security
- Supporting cybersecurity risk management and audits
- Ensure security infrastructure is properly configured and optimized
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with IT and Network teams to embed security in initiatives
- Review and assess cybersecurity service requests and changes
- Develop Methods of Procedure (L3) and present for approval (CCB/CAB)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in security systems and components
- Investigate security breaches and determine root causeProvide expert guidance on cybersecurity, risk, and compliance
- Test and deploy priority or special projectsLead disaster recovery drills and improve recovery processes
