Job Description

The Job:

Support the planning, execution, and implementation of infrastructure-related projects
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
Coordinate project activities across infrastructure, security, application, and business teams
Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
Act as the key project coordination point between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
Escalate project risks and issues appropriately to project sponsors and management.
Governance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with project governance requirements and technology standards
Support audit, risk, and regulatory documentation requirements where applicable
Coordinate infrastructure implementation activities, including network, digital workplace, cloud, collaboration, and security-related initiatives
Support testing, migration, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are properly documented and transitioned into operations.
