Job Title: Infrastructure Performance Consultant – InterAction (Hybrid | Once a Month Onsite) Role Summary We are looking for an Infrastructure Performance Consultant to support InterAction customers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance. This role works closely with Product, Support, and Customer IT teams to resolve infrastructure-related issues and improve system reliability, scalability, and adoption. This is initially a part-time role with the potential to evolve into a full-time Professional Services position. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot performance issues across application, database, and network layers
Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis
Recommend architecture and configuration improvements
Advise on deployments in Azure, hybrid, and secure environments (WAF, reverse proxy, etc.)
Support capacity planning, scaling, and system optimization
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, Professional Services)
Develop best practices, documentation, and proactive consultancy services (e.g., health checks, architecture reviews)
Requirements
7+ years in Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Performance Engineering, or Technical Consulting
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, networking, load balancing, and web servers (IIS)
Knowledge of SQL Server performance and enterprise environments
Experience in performance troubleshooting across application and infrastructure layers
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
