Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Level 3 escalation point for infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, and network-related issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve environment and deployment challenges.
• Manage and enhance Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Design and maintain SSO, Conditional Access, and identity management solutions.
• Administer enterprise networking, including pfSense firewalls, VPNs, multi-ISP failover, switching, and wireless infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and process improvements to meet service objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.

Qualification

• s3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems, network, or infrastructure engineering within medium to enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and systems administration
• Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
