Designation: Infrastructure Architect

Key Responsibilities
- The Infrastructure Architect will design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
- Responsibilities include assessing current systems, identifying gaps, and creating architecture blueprints for on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
- The role involves collaborating with IT operations, security, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
- Additional duties include capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management for infrastructure resources.
- The architect will also lead technology evaluations, provide guidance on infrastructure modernization, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- A minimum of 58 years in IT infrastructure roles, including at least 3 years in architecture or solution design, is required.
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential.
- Familiarity with security frameworks, disaster recovery planning, and compliance standards (ISO, NIST) is expected.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Cisco CCNP/CCIE are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- We prefer candidates with experience in enterprise-level infrastructure projects, cloud migration strategies, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate technical concepts into business language, and experience in vendor negotiations are highly valued.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and disaster recovery orchestration will be considered a plus.
