Position Overview
The Infrastructure & Network Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of Krayden's global infrastructure and network environment. This role provides operational support for enterprise network, server, cloud, endpoint, and collaboration platforms while helping ensure reliable, secure, and efficient technology services across all global locations.
The position partners closely with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, and Service Delivery to support daily operations, acquisitions, office expansions, technology deployments, and continuous service improvement while providing follow-the-sun operational support.
Overall Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and continuously improve Krayden's enterprise infrastructure and network platforms.
- Support enterprise network, server, cloud, endpoint, collaboration, and workplace technology services.
- Assist with infrastructure deployments, upgrades, office expansions, acquisitions, and technology integration activities.
- Develop automation, documentation, and standardized operational procedures that improve service quality and efficiency.
- Provide Tier II technical support and infrastructure escalation assistance while supporting Service Desk operations as needed.
- Contribute to infrastructure monitoring, operational resilience, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise networking, server, virtualization, cloud, endpoint, and workplace technology platforms.
- Support network connectivity, remote access, infrastructure availability, hardware deployments, and collaboration technologies.
- Assist with infrastructure monitoring, system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and operational health.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, and knowledge articles.
- Support office expansions, acquisitions, infrastructure deployments, disaster recovery activities, and business continuity initiatives.
- Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual administration.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and network environments.
- Strong understanding of networking, Windows Server administration, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise operations.
- Experience supporting Microsoft cloud technologies and enterprise networking platforms. · Experience with automation, documentation, and operational process improvement.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global support environment.
