Alsons/AWS Information Systems Inc. (AAISI) together with our client is looking for Infra Tech Support Practitioner with experience in Juniper Mist.
Job Qualifications
- Experienced Network Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure. Skilled in Juniper Mist, SRX, EX Switches, Wireless Access Points (WAP), and Cradlepoint solutions, with a strong foundation in network operations, troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization.
- Proficient in incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of network services. Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical escalations, and implementing solutions that enhance network availability and user experience.
- Knowledgeable in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and support innovation initiatives. Juniper certifications (JNCIA, JNCIS, or higher) preferred, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned technology solutions.
- Must have and Good to have skills: 3 years or more in Juniper
Work Arrangement
- hybrid (2x a week onsite), 9PM-7AM Manila Time, 45 hours per week (chance to get absorption from the client).
