JOB DESCRIPTION
Satellite Teams is looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT / Web Manager to oversee the company's IT infrastructure and web operations. This role ensures all IT systems, networks, websites, and online platforms operate efficiently, securely, and align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and project management experience to maintain, optimize, and scale IT and web operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Infrastructure & Maintenance:
- Manage and maintain websites, email infrastructure, and digital tools (Shopify, Squarespace, Google Workspace).
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and integrations.
Front-End & User Experience:
- Customize Shopify front-end elements to enhance user experience.
- Update website content based on marketing team instructions.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with marketing and brand teams to implement content-driven updates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT infrastructure needs.
Process Optimization:
- Streamline IT and website workflows for faster, reliable implementation.
- Ensure best practices for system usage and content management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience managing websites, email infrastructure, and integrations (Shopify, Squarespace, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with front-end customization and user experience improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
