Job Description

Role Overview

The IT Technology Analyst – Team Lead is a frontline leadership role responsible for end‑to‑end IT service delivery, infrastructure stability, and team performance. This role combines technical expertise with people leadership to ensure reliable operations, strong customer experience, and compliance with Infosys standards. It supports BAU operations, service transitions, and continuous improvement while developing a high‑performing IT team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 6–8 years experience in IT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery
  • Prior team leadership or shift lead experience preferred

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VOICE, servers, and cloud basics
  • Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Hands‑on expertise in Cisco networking (switches, routers, firewalls)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
  • CCNA/CCNP required (or equivalent recent training and experience)

Leadership Skills

  • Strong ownership and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management
  • Customer‑focused and able to work with global teams
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead L2 service delivery across Network, Security, VOICE, Server, and Systems
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests (SLA compliance)
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues
  • Drive incident resolution, RCA, and preventive actions
  • Manage Change & Release processes (CMDB, FSC, risk assessments)
  • Ensure service availability through backups, redundancy, and capacity monitoring
  • Support service transitions, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audits
  • Manage IT assets and configuration records
  • Coach team members and support capability development
  • Communicate updates and service changes to stakeholders
  • Support infrastructure readiness, new setups, and operational excellence
