Position Summary
The IT Systems Engineer will support digital transformation initiatives focused on supply chain operations and business process improvement. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, support IT projects, and implement system solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT initiatives for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
- Assist in system implementation, testing, and user acceptance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through digital solutions.
- Learn and utilize AI-assisted development tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of Supply Chain Planning experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a consulting firm.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Manufacturing process experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn AI-assisted development tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP, MES, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Systems.
- Understanding of software development and system implementation.
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, or system integration.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
