Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Nonki Japanese Restaurant in Metro Cebu. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining desktop computers, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support
• Strong Troubleshooting skills and experience with resolving technical issues
• Experience in handling and maintaining Desktop Computers and other hardware
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle a variety of tasks in a multiple restaurants
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field is an advantage
• Prior experience in IT support within the hospitality industry is a plus
