IT Support Specialist ( 20K - 25K | Onsite | Free AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | Night Shift (11 PM 8 AM)

You are the technical backbone of the office, ensuring that GoTeam's internal systems, networks, and hardware remain functional and secure. This role exists to provide immediate technical reliefresolving hardware failures, troubleshooting connectivity, and deploying the assets that keep our team members productive.

Day to day, you work on the ground in a fast-paced environment, managing a mix of walk-in support and ticketed requests. You follow structured protocols while remaining agile enough to handle urgent system issues. This role fits professionals who take pride in operational stability and enjoy being the go-to person for solving technical challenges in real-time.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Desk roles.
• Solid technical knowledge of PC hardware, OS troubleshooting (Windows/Mac), and basic networking.
• Experience in end-user support, managing tickets and resolving issues with hardware peripherals and connectivity.
• Operational discipline, with the ability to follow strict documentation, asset management, and escalation paths.
• Full flexibility for a shifting schedule, including morning shifts (5 AM start), night shifts, and weekend coverage.

Strong Signals

• Experience in Asset Management or IT inventory control.
• Proven track record of reliable attendance in a 24/7 or shifting environment.
• Basic familiarity with system testing and technology deployment protocols.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

You own the resolution of internal technical issues to ensure zero downtime for the organization.

• Provide real-time support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets from intake to resolution or escalation.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of office peripherals and workstations.

Asset & System Management

You ensure that GoTeam's physical and digital assets are accounted for and ready for use.

• Execute consistent and timely asset deployments for new hires and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate IT inventories and documentation of system changes.
• Assist in testing new technology solutions and AI tools for internal optimization.

Operational Stability

You act as a guardian of the workplace environment through proactive monitoring.

• Ensure all network systems remain stable and reliable during your shift.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize support processes and reduce response times.
• Adhere to structured leadership systems to meet internal service level expectations.
