Information Technology Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to ensure an excellent customer experience for Cherry Servers Cloud Infrastructure Services. You will join a team of talented engineers to monitor, solve, and escalate IT problems as they arise.

As an IT Support Engineer, get ready to:

• Communicate with customers via live chat and email in a timely and sympathetic manner
• Ensure system uptime and service continuity by monitoring, investigating, and resolving technical issues
• Work closely with network engineers, system administrators, and developers to troubleshoot complex technical issues

We expect you to have:

• 5+ years of experience
• Fluent in English
• The ability to work day / evening / weekend shifts
• Hands-on experience with Linux or Windows OS environments
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Linux or Windows server administration experience
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Bash, Python or Go
• Basic knowledge of cloud-native computing stack (Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)

Working hours: 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Offered salary is 1400-1700 PHP/Hour
