IT & Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT & Security Manager to lead IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and ensure secure, scalable, and reliable systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in IT and cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and internet security
• Experience in remote work setup and troubleshooting
• Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or ITIL (preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and process improvement skills
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT team, including performance management and mentoring
• Oversee IT infrastructure, system performance, and operational efficiency
• Manage cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response
• Ensure compliance with standards such as HIPAA and GDPR
• Collaborate with departments to support business goals and IT needs
